Today is one of the great reasons to sell real estate. It's called closing. I have one at 11:00 a.m. today and I am thrilled to the gills.
There is another reason why today is super special and I will race back home from my closing, rather than "running by" TJ Maxx (we know how that goes)... to watch my DVR recording of when...WILLS MARRIED KATE!! This morning there was the royal wedding between Prince William Arthur Phillip Louie (what a name!) and the commoner, Kate Middleton. What a fantastic love story and wedding to behold. Now, the actual wedding time in the U.K. was 11:00 in the morning or something. In the U.S., on the other hand, it was 3:00 a.m. I love the goofy royals and all that, but ain't no way I'm staying up all night for that. I have enough trouble sleeping with out willfully depriving myself over British royals. However, it is so fascinating. Can't wait to devour it, then start it over and watch it again. God bless DVR.
